Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an email at ceylanandcompany@gmail.com. We will handle your request quickly and as smoothly as possible.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you send your notification before the 14-day period has expired.

What Happens After Withdrawal?

Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will refund the full purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving your request. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

As our products are hygiene items, we are legally unable to accept returns once the protective seal has been opened. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
