Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

As we ship internationally, delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: from €3.99

• European Union: from €4.99 — Free shipping on orders over €50

• International: from €8.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for tracking information to become available after your package has been dispatched.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
